Kapili.com has Cancelled its Subscription Service
Many of you have visited Kapili.com to learn about our subscription science website. We are no longer offering the site as a pay service. The developers decided to allow all of our content to be available for free. They will continue to build new content for the various sites we maintain.

What Happened to the Memberships?
We waited for all of the memberships to expire before we closed the site. We wanted to make sure that everyone was able to use the private content for the length of their subscription.

We did not store any personal information locally for security reasons. We never automatically billed our members, so you will not see charges from Kapili on your credit cards.

Where Did You Put the Content?
We have placed many of our tutorials on "4Kids" sites. We have always had Chem4Kids.com available, but have only recently re-released Biology4Kids and Geography4Kids. With the closure of Kapili.com we are releasing our new astronomy site Cosmos4Kids.com.

The other database information and science activities will soon be available on a new science site. We have also been spending the recent months building our new math web site called NumberNut.com. We received so many requests when we developed Kapili that we felt a math site would make a nice addition to our network. We hope our new "free web" strategy will allow our materials to be more accessible.

What is Kapili.com?
We've covered the closure of the old site and the transfer of our content to free sites. What about this site? Many years ago, we used Kapili.com to promote the Kapili Islands and the work we do. We hope you view Kapili.com as a launch pad to our online content. We will also release more information about the islands and our research work. Even if you can't make it here, we want you to know that there is a place where people are working towards a better future for the Earth.

Our Network of Free Sites
In addition to building KAPILI.COM, we have several free science education sites on the web. If you are looking for some fast answers with limited activities, you might want to look at one of these sites.
